Transaction Audit Logs
This section describes the detailed description of how a given transaction was handled on the platform until it received a final status.
Click "Transaction Requests" Menu.
From the Report displayed, Click on the Merchant Reference
Clicking the merchant reference will open another page with transaction details for the selected reference.
On that page is a section called "Event Logs" which explains the different events on a transaction.
